THE RIGHT SUPPORT

Make information useful beyond project closeout.

A useful digital model needs consistent information behind it. Corevex coordinates models, equipment tags and engineering records around the way your project and operations teams will use them. From data cleansing to BIM coordination and handover, we help turn disconnected files into information that is easier to find, review and carry forward through the asset lifecycle.

Is this your project?

  • Models and asset records use inconsistent tags or contain conflicting information.
  • A project needs coordinated BIM information or a foundation for a digital twin.
  • Operations is receiving engineering data from multiple project teams or systems.
WHAT WE DO

A clearly defined scope.

01

Coordinate the model and data

Bring model information and asset records into alignment for BIM coordination and digital-twin enablement.

02

Clean and structure asset information

Extract tags, review data consistency and resolve defined information issues against your asset and handover requirements.

03

Prepare information for operations

Organize the agreed models and data for the receiving team, with consistent identifiers, file structures and review expectations.

What you can receive

  • Coordinated model and asset-information outputs for the intended use.
  • Reviewed tag data and structured records for the agreed asset scope.
  • An organized engineering-information package for project or operations handover.

Deliverables are confirmed with your project scope.

What helps us get started

  • Current models, tag lists, engineering data and source documents.
  • Your information standards, platform environment and handover requirements.
  • The users, workflows and decisions the information needs to support.
HOW IT WORKS

From inquiry
to deliverable.

  1. Define the use

Identify the receiving team, the information they need and the systems and asset scope involved.

  2. Coordinate and validate

Review source quality, align models and tags, and resolve the agreed data issues with your team.

  3. Deliver usable information

Check the package against the agreed requirements and prepare the models and data for handover.

COMMON QUESTIONS

A few useful answers.

Do we need to begin with a complete digital twin?

No. A defined model, tag set or handover problem can be a practical first scope. The work should follow a useful operational or project purpose, with wider digital-twin requirements developed from that foundation.

Which platforms can you work with?

Our supported tools include Hexagon Smart 3D, Smart P&ID and SmartReview; AVEVA E3D, Diagrams and Engineering; and Autodesk AutoCAD, Navisworks and BIM 360. We confirm the required tools and workflows against your environment.

How do you make the handover useful to operations?

We agree the receiving team's requirements at the start, including asset identifiers, data structure, file formats and review criteria. Those requirements guide coordination and quality checks throughout the assignment.
